Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All of our pieces are handmade in New York. Stock pieces will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment via overnite FedEx. All shipping is free and a tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is ready to ship. Made to order pieces normally take 2 to 3 weeks as we believe quality cannot be rushed. Should you need your item sooner we will try to accommodate your request. Please contact us to verify that expediting your order is possible.

Returns

We will accept returns on stock pieces within 14 days of delivery and only if the piece is in perfect condition. If the return is in perfect condition you will either receive a “store” credit, be able to exchange or get a refund. We do not accept returns on made to order pieces, so if you have any questions or concerns, please make sure to call or email us with your questions before ordering.
